Coney Stillwell TermThe Brooklyn Cyclones are returning to Coney Island for the weekend to face the Hudson Valley Renegades in another 3-game series at MCU Park. All of what is going on can be found in the HOMESTAND article.

As for subway service changes this weekend, you’re in luck if you live on the D & Q lines, as everything is running normal. N train riders got the usual, but the F can be torture due to 12 Coney Island bound platforms will be closed. If you are coming from Manhattan or Queens, it will speed up your trip.

SEASON LONG CHANGES

F Train

TO GAME: Coney Island-bound platforms at Avenue I, Bay Parkway, Avenue N, Avenue P, Avenue U & Avenue X are closed for renovations. If you need one of these bypassed stops, take a Manhattan Bound F Train to Kings Highway or Neptune Avenue for Coney Island-bound service.

Consider using the B68 Bus or the Q Train

N Train

FROM GAME: Manhattan-bound platforms at 86th Street, Avenue U, Kings Highway, 20th Avenue, 18th Avenue,  New Utrecht Avenue & Fort Hamilton Parkway are closed for renovation. To access these stations, take the N to Bay Parkway or 8th Ave for Coney Island-bound service. For New Utrecht Av-62 St, take the D instead.

F TrainTO GAME: Coney Island-bound trains run express from Jay St-MetroTech to Church Av

If you use one of the skipped stops, you will need to backtrack to access the F. There is also no G service at these stations during this time.

About Daniel S. Weiss

I have been an avid Cyclones fan since 2001. In December of 2013 I decided to launch my own blog "Brooklyn Baseball Banter" to cover the Brooklyn Cyclones.
