Pat Sanchez just finished her 3rd season as the Official Photographer of Brooklyn Baseball Banter. When Brooklyn Baseball Banter was being formed in the winter of in 2013-14, Pat agreed to join as soon as she was offered the honor. Pat has been taking pictures at Brooklyn Cyclones games for many years.
Pat is a longtime New York Mets & Brooklyn Cyclones fan who is a familiar face to many at MCU Park. Every game, Pat takes hundreds of great pictures of players, fans, and ballpark staff on her trusted Nikon camera. As soon as the game ends, she heads to the player entrance to get pix of the players and fans.
Pat, and her husband Hernan, another big New York Mets & Brooklyn Cyclones fan, can usually be found in Sections 16 & 18 during home games. Hernan also takes some of the pictures when Pat is busy or wants a break.
Aside from attending most home games, Pat & Hernan like to go on road trips to support the Cyclones. Their travels have taken them to RCB Ballpark (SI Yanks) Dutchess Stadium (HV Renegades), Centennial Field (Vermont Lake Monsters), LeLacheur Park (Lowell Spinners), Bruno Stadium (Tri City ValleyCats), & Dodd Stadium (Connecticut Tigers). They have also gone up to see the Binghamton Mets in both Binghamton & Trenton.
In addition to taking photos, Pat is also the “Team Mother,” as she cooks meals for the entire team, visits players when they are at Hospital for Special Surgery, house player families and so much more.
